Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Thomas: Page 2, lines 4 - 5: Delete ", but failed to take action to reduce the commercial harvest of those stocks" Representative Thomas moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Johnson objected. Representative Ramras placed a call of the House. 2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2870 The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Stoltze objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?"
